What counts as a conversation?
One visitor chat session with at least one AI reply, however many messages go back and forth. Chats handled only by your team are free. The premium AI model counts as 3 conversations.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing gets billed: we hard-cap. The AI pauses and visitors can leave their email or reach your team. Prefer to keep going? Opt in to packs of 250 conversations for $10. We never auto-upgrade your plan.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked. Cancelled yearly plans are refunded for unused months, prorated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from billing settings in two clicks, no call required. Your plan runs to the end of the period, then drops to Free. Your agent and data are kept.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of Growth with no credit card. When it ends you're moved to Free automatically — no surprise charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. 50 AI conversations a month, the live inbox, and your agent is never deleted for inactivity.
