When does the Agency plan launch?
Client workspaces and white-label are in development, so we don't sell the plan yet. Partner-beta invites go to the waitlist first.
What can I use for clients today?
Growth includes 3 agents and Business 10, each with its own knowledge, branding and actions, unlimited seats and branding removed.
Can my clients log in to see their own chats?
Today every seat in a workspace sees all of its agents. Separate client workspaces under one agency login are part of the Agency plan.
How do I price it for clients?
Most agencies charge a monthly retainer on top of our flat price. With hard caps and opt-in packs ($10 per 250 conversations), your cost can't spike mid-month.
