AI support for SaaS

Your docs, answering “how do I…?” before it becomes a ticket.

Trained on your docs, help center and changelog. Cites the exact article. Looks up a signed-in customer's plan in Stripe. Escalates to your team in Slack with full context.

  • Free plan, forever
  • 14-day Growth trial · no card
  • Flat $29/mo, capped
Example: a SaaS app's agent explains a settings path with citations, then shows the signed-in user's subscription from Stripe.

For SaaS companies

What gets in the way — and how we fix it.

  1. The problem

    Support answers the same “how do I…?” questions your docs already cover.

    With ChatKit

    The agent crawls your docs, help center and changelog and replies step by step with a link to the article. Strict mode stops it from inventing features you don't have.

  2. The problem

    Billing questions — “when do I renew?”, “where's my invoice?” — need someone with Stripe access.

    With ChatKit

    The Stripe subscription lookup uses a restricted read-only key and only answers for signed-in customers you've verified, and only about their own account.

  3. The problem

    You don't know where your docs fall short until churn tells you.

    With ChatKit

    A weekly knowledge-gap report lists what users asked that your docs couldn't answer, ranked by frequency.

Actions

Connects to what you already use.

Ready-made templates, not a flow builder. Turn one on, connect it, done.

Actions and integrations are included from Starter ($29/mo).

  • Stripe subscription lookup

    Plan, status, next renewal and recent invoices for the signed-in, verified customer.

  • Book a meeting

    Offer a demo or onboarding call to trial users who ask for one.

  • Slack notifications

    Escalate to #support with the whole conversation when someone asks for a human.

  • Custom API call

    Check account status, usage or feature flags from your own API.

Add it to your app and docs

One agent can serve your marketing site, docs and logged-in app. In Next.js, load it from your root layout:

  1. Add the script

    Use next/script with strategy="lazyOnload" in your root layout (or paste the plain snippet anywhere else).

  2. Identify signed-in users

    Pass the user's email and name with an HMAC signature from your backend, so the agent and your team know who's asking.

  3. Connect Stripe

    Create a restricted key with read access to Customers, Subscriptions and Invoices, and add it as an action.

layout.tsx

import Script from "next/script";

// app/layout.tsx, inside <body>
<Script
  src="https://chat.useqrkit.com/widget.js"
  data-bot="bot_your_agent_id"
  strategy="lazyOnload"
/>

Your real snippet, with your Agent ID filled in, is under Install in the dashboard.

Questions

Asked by SaaS companies.

Something else? Email [email protected] — a human replies.

Can it tell who the signed-in user is?
Yes. Identify the user from your app with an HMAC-signed payload; the agent greets them by name and your team sees who they are in the inbox. You can also require identity so only signed-in users can chat.
Can a visitor look up someone else's billing?
No. The Stripe lookup ignores any email typed into the chat and only uses the verified identity your site passed in.
What about docs that aren't public?
Upload PDFs, Word docs, Markdown or CSVs, or add Q&A pairs directly. Only content you add is used — and never to train models.
Do you have an API?
Yes, from the Growth plan, along with webhooks — handy for piping conversations into your data warehouse or helpdesk.

Paste your docs URL. If it can't answer, it says so — and that's your first gap report.
