AI front desk for dental practices

“Do you take my insurance?” answered at 9 pm — and the visit booked.

Answers insurance, pricing and first-visit questions from your website, shares your online booking link, and sends anything clinical to your team — never a diagnosis.

  • Free plan, forever
  • 14-day Growth trial · no card
  • Flat $29/mo, capped
Example: a dental clinic's agent confirms an insurer, describes a new-patient visit, offers booking, and redirects a symptom question to the phone line.

For dental clinics

What gets in the way — and how we fix it.

  1. The problem

The phone rings during procedures and new-patient calls go to voicemail.

    With ChatKit

The agent answers the routine front-desk questions from your site — insurance, hours, parking, what a first visit includes — and shares your booking link.

  2. The problem

Most people look for a dentist in the evening, after the front desk has gone home.

    With ChatKit

Outside your hours it collects name and phone number and tells the patient when you'll call back. The front desk starts the day with a list, not voicemails.

  3. The problem

A chatbot that improvises medical advice is a liability.

    With ChatKit

Strict mode answers only from your pages. Add plain-English rules like “For pain or swelling, give our same-day number” and it follows them.

Questions

Asked by dental clinics.

Something else? Email [email protected] — a human replies.

Is it HIPAA compliant?
We don't sign HIPAA Business Associate Agreements today, so set it up for front-desk questions — insurance, hours, pricing, booking — and not for symptoms or records. Add an instruction not to ask for health details and to send clinical questions to your phone line.
Can it book straight into our practice-management software?
It shares your online booking link (any URL) at the right moment. Writing appointments directly into Dentrix, Open Dental and similar systems isn't supported.
We have Spanish-speaking patients. Does it handle that?
Yes — it replies in the patient's language automatically, in 95+ languages, from your English pages.
Can we review what it told patients?
Every conversation is in the inbox, and your team can take over any chat live. You can delete conversations anytime.
