Does it read my IDX listings?
It reads the listing pages on your website. Listings shown inside third-party iframes may not be readable — the dashboard shows every page we indexed, so you can check.
What about fair-housing rules?
Strict mode keeps answers to your own content, and you can add instructions such as “never describe neighborhoods by who lives there; point to school and crime data sources instead.” Every chat is logged for review.
Can each agent on our team have their own bot?
