AI intake for law firms

Legal intake that never sleeps — and never gives legal advice.

Explains your practice areas, fees and process from your own pages, books consultations, and collects contact details — with rules you write in plain English.

  • Free plan, forever
  • 14-day Growth trial · no card
  • Flat $29/mo, capped
Example: an employment-law firm's agent declines to assess a case, explains the relevant practice area and free consultation with citations, and offers booking.

For law firms

What gets in the way — and how we fix it.

  1. The problem

Prospective clients contact several firms at once. The first to respond usually gets the consultation.

    With ChatKit

The agent responds in seconds, day or night, answers practice-area and fee questions from your site, and shares your consultation booking link.

  2. The problem

Intake staff spend hours on calls outside your practice areas or jurisdiction.

    With ChatKit

It explains what you do and don't handle, straight from your pages, so out-of-scope inquiries sort themselves out before reaching your team.

  3. The problem

A website chatbot that hands out legal advice is a risk you can't take.

    With ChatKit

Strict mode plus your instructions — “never assess a case; never give legal advice; offer a consultation” — and every conversation is logged in the inbox for review.

Questions

Asked by law firms.

Something else? Email [email protected] — a human replies.

Is the chat confidential?
Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the EU, and you can delete them anytime. Add a line to the welcome message saying chat doesn't create an attorney-client relationship and visitors shouldn't share confidential details.
Can it qualify leads before booking?
Yes. Instruct it to ask a few questions — location, type of matter, timeline — and to share the booking link only when the matter fits your practice.
We have several practice areas and offices. Can it route?
Add one booking action per practice area or office, each with a short description, and the agent picks the right one from the conversation.
What about bar advertising rules?
You control every word of the welcome message, suggested questions and instructions, so you can review them against your jurisdiction's rules before going live.
