Why don't I see the widget in the Designer?
Webflow runs custom code only on the published site, not in the Designer. Publish, then check your webflow.io staging domain or live domain.
Does it read CMS collection pages?
Yes, as long as they're published and reachable from your navigation or sitemap — Webflow generates a sitemap automatically.
Can it match our brand?
Color, logo, launcher icon, left or right position, welcome message and suggested questions are all set in the dashboard. We suggest your brand color from your site during setup.
Will it hurt our Lighthouse score?
The loader is one deferred script of about 8 KB, and the chat frame loads when the browser is idle — it doesn't block rendering.
